Registration Fees

The fee schedule below outlines the fees for the various member categories and time periods prior to the conference. We encourage those new to the conference to join APH prior to registering. Not only are registration fees significantly lower for members, new members have the opportunity to take advantage of ALL the benefits of membership. Join for a full year for $145, or for 6 months for $80 (during conference registration only).

Pre-Conference Registration:
Enrollment will be limited to APH members and spouses/partners only. Registration period closes September 15. Fees shown are in addition to full-time conference registration fees. If only registering to attend a pre-conference seminar, but not the entire conference, a $75 surcharge will be added to the stated seminar fee.
  • Early Registration (July 1-31) Fee: $125
  • Regular Registration (Aug. 1-Sept. 15) Fee: $150
  • Late Registration (Sept. 16-Oct. 24) Fee: $175

Part Time Fees:
For those attending part time, the Wednesday Welcome Reception and the Saturday Night Hoedown Dinner are not included with the registration fee. The fees for these events are:
  • Wednesday Welcome Reception: $50 for Members and Member's Partners and $75 for Nonmembers
  • Saturday Night Hoedown Dinner: $75 for Members and Member's Partners and $100 for Nonmembers
  • * On-site registration: Add $25 to the fee for both the Reception and the Dinner

Guest Policy:
Spouses, children and friends not participating in the conference are welcome to join attendees for catered meals.
  • Reception: $50 (add $25 for on-site registration)
  • Breakfasts: $30 each
  • Lunches: $40 each
  • Saturday Night Dinner and Entertainment: $75 (add $25 for on-site registration)
  • Children 6-12: half price
  • Children 0-5: no charge
