We welcome new members anytime! Each member of the APH adds to the talent and diversity of interests, backgrounds, cultures and perspectives that make up this stimulating international organization and supportive community. Annual dues for a 12-month membership are $145 USD.

An important part of APH membership is adherence to our organization's Code of Ethics. Please read it before joining.

Below is the link to the Online Membership Application Form. Please click and then provide your E-mail address and a password, essential to creating (and later accessing) your member profile. (Your E-mail address and password, once your membership application is processed, will also enable you to access the Members. Area where a multitude of personal history resources are available.)

You'll be asked to fill in some profile information about you and your business. This information is an important part of our membership database. Following your contact and business information, we would appreciate your response to several questions designed to help us get to know our membership.

After you submit your information and agree that you have read the APH Code of Ethics, you will be given the choice of paying your $145 membership dues online by credit card or PayPal or printing a confirmation page to mail with a check or money order.

Within a few days of receipt of your application form and membership dues, you will be able to access the Members' Area of the APH Web site and will receive sign-on instructions for the APH Listserv, our online APH community and information resource. That is part of your member benefit at no additional cost!
