APH will continue to produce five print publications during the course of the calendar year. Member discounts on print advertising are available at the Full & Partner Member level. We also offer discounts for the purchase of multiple ads.

Each ad will appear in both the printed version of APH Perspectives mailed to APH members and the online (pdf) version that can be viewed and downloaded from the APH Members' Area of the website. The exception is the Conference Final program, where the ads will appear in materials provided to conference attendees that later will be on sale in the APH Store. Be sure to purchase your ad before the advertising deadine shown in the Advertising Schedule chart below.

APH has seven different print ad options. Look at the Print Ad & Price Chart below and decide what is the best fit for your business. Keep in mind that APH offers a discount if you purchase multiple ads at one time — just calculate your ad total for the year and apply the discount from the list below. For instance, take 5% off for two ads or 20% off for five.

Artwork Specifications for Print Ads

Graphic files may be in PDF, TIF, or EPS format. Resolution should be 300 dpi (or a minimum of 266 dpi). To ensure the best reproduction of your ad, please send us a grayscale version of the file, unless you specifically arranged for it to be printed in color.

Ready to Place Your Print Ad?

  1. Decide what ad types and sizes you want.
  2. Download and print the 2015 Advertising Order Form (pdf).
  3. Enter the ad type you want for each opportunity, along with the ad price, on the printed form. Be sure to check the schedule for print ads to make sure you don't miss any opportunities.
  4. Apply discounts for multiple print ad purchases. Count the number of ads to determine the applicable discount, and then calculate the total amount due.
    • 1 print ad  — no discount
    • 2 print ads —  5% discount
    • 3 print ads — 10% discount
    • 4 print ads — 15% discount
    • 5 print ads — 20% discount
  5. Pay the total amount due. You have two options:
    • You can pay online using your credit card or a PayPal account. Please state the number and sizes of your ads in the PayPal "notes to seller" description box.
    • If you prefer, mail your completed order form to the address below, along with your check or money order made payable to the Association of Personal Historians, Inc.
  6. Send your artwork to Linda Coffin, APH Executive Director, following the specifications stated above.
